PIONEER-James Selter, 83, died at his home, 63 Berry Street, Friday afternoon.
Selter was a pioneer resident of Bellevue and for years was engaged in the
merchant tailoring business on Broadway in Cincinnati. A widow and seven
children survive him. They are: Mrs. John A Scott, of Findley O; Edwin S and
Gregory W Selter of Erie Pa. Mrs. John S Littleford, Mrs. H C Furneaux, Mrs.
George Littteford and Ivan Selter, of Bellevue. A son, Harold Selter, met a
tragic death by drowning at a summer resort in Michigan, one year ago last
summer.
The deceased laid out what is known as the Selter subdivision of Bellevue. The funeral will be held at the house Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock.

FUNERAL-The funeral of Joseph Seiter took place Sunday from his late home in Berry Avenue, Bellevue. Burial at Evergreen Cemetery. His three sons, Ivan, Gregg and Edward and three son-in-law, John and George Littleford and Harry Furneau, were pallbearers.
