THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Samuel McIntosh, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to Jonathan D Bell, a minor.
NOW, we Samuel McIntosh as principal, and John H Nelson, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Samuel McIntosh, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
