James G Lang, Democratic nominee for Campbell county sheriff, announced Tuesday he will name John J "Boots" Wuest, 334 Bonnie Leslie avenue, Bellevue, a lieutenant senior grade in the Navy as deputy should he win the election. Mr. Wuest recently received his discharge from the Navy after more than three years service. He took part in the invasions of Sicily, Salero and southern France and had 22 months service in the Mediterranean theater.
Mr. Wuest is a member of Sacred Heart Church, Bellevue.
