Funeral services for John W Thomas, 26 of Ashland, World War
veteran, who died at Altamont Hospital, Ft. Thomas, Friday, will be conducted
Sunday.
Thomas, who served as an infantry sergeant during the war, had been confined to the military hospital six weeks, suffering with tuberculosis. He is survived by his widow and father, Creed Thomas.
