At Elks Hll Monday night will take place when the Cross of Honor will be conferred upon a dozen or more Confederate veterans. The honor will be conferred upon a score or more veterans, among whome are: Cyrus Hanks, S A Hanks, J R Ellis, L Flinn, Robert Perry, J Furnish, F B Cook, Major Sam Bigstaff, Col Lockhart, Col James Arnold, Col Spence, Col. Washington.
