Pension #37127 Campbell County Court

On October 27, 1823, the above named soldier appeared in open court and made oath that he had enlisted for the term of the duration of the war. Dated May 1, 1820. It was also stated that the said pensioner had served in the Battle of Bromi Defeat 4 miles from Savannah, and at Sager's Defeat near Moon Gibson Lane, and he stated that he had no other evidence.

The affidavit of James Taylor was also given at the same time and in the same place as the foregoing. The said deponent stated and swore that the above statements were true. This deponent was the clerk of the Campbell County Courts. In Testimony:
