The following Court martial decisions were promulgated yesterday;


Private John H Hoist, of the Coast Artillery, was found not guilty of absence without leave and sentenced to one month's confinement at hard labor and to forfeit $30 from his pay and to have all the expenses incurred in his apprehension and delivery charged against him.
