Pilot John Henderson

Kentucky Post, Friday, 22 April 1904, page 5

John Henderson, 76, a veteran river pilot, is reported as lying critically ill at his home in California Ky. He has been a pilot on the Ohio River for the last forty years. He was a pilot on the steamer Magnolia before she blew up and also occupied the pilot house on the steamers Wildwood, City of Portsmouth, Fleetwood, Bostona and Lancaster.

The probabilities are that he will not recover.
