Will of Henry Smith of Campbell County being infirm in the body, daughter Anny's children that she had by Thomas Morris whey they come of age to have 1/4 of my whole estate. Daughter Elizabeth's children; daughter Lucy's children; son Thomas; other children Mary, Jesse, Winifred, Patsy and Jeremiah; speaks of will "made in the state of Virginia by their grandfather which I never had the power to alter."
