John Ducker Pension
 


 

State of Kentucky, Pendleton County

John Ducker at the age of 58 appeared in open court and stated that he was a resident of Campbell County in the state of Kentucky. He stated that he had been drafted into the service of the United States of America in the War of the Revolution. The affidavit of Robert Taylor was also given at the same time and in the same place as the foregoing. The said deponent said and swore that it was to his satisfaction that the above named pensioner, John Ducker, had served in the War of the Revolution on the side of the United States of America.

The affidavit of William Kennett was also given at the same time and in the same place as the foregoing. The said deponent said and swore that Robert Taylor was the presiding Magistrate of the June Term of Court of the year 1818, and this deponent stated and swore also that due faith and credit was due to all his official acts. The said deponent, William Kennett, was at that time the clerk of the county court of Pendleton County in the state of Kentucky.
