The body of John Dewalt, who was drowned in the Licking River Friday, has not as yet been recovered, although a thorough search was made for it yesterday. It is feared that the rapid rise in the Licking River carried the body out into the Ohio.

The body of John Dewalt, who was drowned in the Licking River Friday, was recovered yesterday afternoon by Martin Holyhoke, a river man. The body was caught in a seine at the foot of Seventh st. and removed to the J J Radel & Co. undertaking establishment. Coroner Digby held an inquest this afternoon from the residence, 416 Hodge st. The interment was in Johns Hill Cemetery.

The body of John Dewalt, who was drowned in the Licking River, Friday afternoon, was recovered yesterday by Martin Holyhoke with a seine at the foot of Seventh street. The remains were removed to the J J Radel undertaking establishment, Sixth and Brighton street. Coroner Digby will hold an inquest this morning.
The funeral will be held this afternoon from the residence, 416 Hodge street, and interment will be at Johns Hill Protestant Cemetery.
