OLD RESIDENT DEAD
John Boley, 82, a well known resident of Newport, died Saturday
at his home 16 West Eighth st. after a lingering illness. He had been a resident
of Newport for over half a century and was a charter member of Grace M E
Church and for several years as Overseer of the poor in Newport.
A widow survives him. The funeral will take place tomorrow morning from the home and services will be held at Grace M E Church Rev O A Luce officiating. The remains will be buried in Spring Grove Cemetery.
