BELLEVUE
The dedicatory services of the new pipe organ at the German
Protestant St Johns Evangelical Church will take place today. There will be a
German service in the morning and an English service in the evening. The last
note held as debt against the church will be burned at the morning service.
Rev J Pister D D President of the German Evangelical Synod of North America, will preach at the morning service. In the evening Rev Emigholz of Alexandria and Rev C Bauer, Superintendent of the Deaconess Home, Cincinnati, will speak.
Miss Regina Rist and Charles Thompson will render solos at this service. The musical program, which was to have been rendered under the direction of Prof Schuh, of Newport, has been postponed until a later date, as the organ could not be finished in time. The organ has been installed at a cost of $1350.
