FELL DOWN STAIRS
Mrs. Johanna Hurley, 72, died Wednesday at her home, 34 West Fifth Street, Newport. She fell down stairs earlier in the evening, suffering a stroke of paralysis. In the fall her left left was broken, besides receiving internal injuries.
She was the widow of Timothy Hurley, who was a prominent business man in Newport. A family of grown children survive her. John Hurley and Edward Hurley, one of artists at the Rookwood Pottery, Cincinnati, are sons.

FUNERAL
The funeral of Mrs. J Hurley of West Fifth Street, Newport took place Saturday morning at 9 o'clock from the Church of the Immaculate Conception. Father McHenry officiated with requiem high mass. Many beautiful floral tributes covered the casket.
