Captain James T Williamson

The Newport Ferry
The Newport Ferry franchise has changed hands. The style
will still be Air & Williamson, but the Captain James T Williamson who has
bought in is no relative to and is of a different kettle of fish from the
Captain Williamson who has sold out. The public can not but be the gainer,
for the incoming partner is a high toned gentleman, of liberal views in all
things, broad ideas in business matters, especially.
In this he is congenial to his new associate, Captain "Bill" Air, who has always proved himself the worthy successor of his father, the hearty Scotch Ferryman of the pioneer days of Cincinnati and whose name and fame, as a man and a citizen, were always dearer to him than the difference between high and low fare, if that difference was to be extorted from the pocket of the laboring man.
