Indenture made 6 Aug 1823 between James White of the county of Campbell of the one
part and Richard Southgate of the same county of the other part. James for $140, sells all
that certain tract of land lying in the county of Campbell-boundaries; containing by survey
60 acres more or less being the same tract of land conveyed to said James White by George Kelly and wife by dead dated 7 Jun 1803.
