James D Nolan, an alleged deserter from Troop H, Seventh Cavalry apprehended by the civil authorities at Cincinnati O. was turned over to the post commander yesterday and is in the guardhouse awaiting trial by general court martial.

Private James D Nolan, Troop H, Seventh Cavalry, tried by the general court martial at this post, and found not guilty of the charge, but guilty of absence without leave, was sentenced to forfeit $10 of his pay, will be released from confinement and sent to the station of his troop, Camp George H Thomas, Chickamauga Ga.
