Ordered that James M Smith be appointed Surveyor of road district No. ___ from Visalia to H Jenners and that he with Charles Maddox, William Gray, Squire Mardis, Washington Stephens, James Stephens, William Lipscomb and their hands, keep the same in repair as the directs.
