A floater about 19 years of age, garbed in a bathing suit and weighing about 140 pounds, was pulled out of the river near the C&O RR Bridge early Tuesday by Harry Huff of Shantytown. The features were distorted and the head swelled to twice its normal size.
The body answer the description of James McNeilen, 19, of 829 West Fifth Street, drowned while bathing opposite Bellevue Ky. Sunday. The corpse was taken to the morgue.
