The funeral of James G Lindsay was preached at the Christian
Church by Rev J R Kendall, Wednesday at 11 am. Among the relatives and children
present were: Thomas Lindsay, Louisville Ky; James G Lindsay, Bowling Green, O;
Mrs. Jeanette Clark, Pt Pleasant O; Mrs. Laura Dawson, Ravenna O; Mrs. Lotta
Watkins, California Ky; Mrs. Emma Baynum, Pt Pleasant O.
The deceased was born and reared in Campbell Co. Kentucky and had attained the age of 82 years, 2 months and 8 days. James G Lindsay joined the Christian Church at the age of 12 years and was a consistent member all his life. Mr. Lindsay attended to the news agency here for many years. He used to depend on the steamers Bostona and Wildwood for his papers. He had been delivering the Kentucky Post for 28 years.
A host of friends mourn his death.
