Charles Miles field a suit against the Covington & Cincinnati Elevated Transfer and Bridge Co and the C&O RR for $50,000 damaged for the death of his son, Charles Miles Jr. of 366 Grandview av. Bellevue.
Besides young Miles, Virginia Murray, Latonia; Dr. James E Heavern, 25, dentist, 935 E Fourth st. Newport and Florence Kemper, Cincinnati, were killed.
