THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Isaac Stubbs, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to James Esburg, a minor.
NOW, we Isaac Stubbs as principal, and Samuel Thompson, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Isaac Stubbs, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
