Indenture made April 1835 between James C Cones and Mary his wife of the county
of Campbell of the first part and Jacob Myers of the county of Hamilton and state of Ohio
of the second part.  James and Mary for $250 sell all that certain tract of land lying on the
waters of 4 Mile Creek containing 58 acres more or less.  Signed sealed and delivered in
presence of Charles J Helm
