Services for Jacob Daniel Fausz, 55 year old Newport veteran of World War I, will be held at the Muehlenkamp funeral home, Newport, at 2 pm Saturday. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Fausz died Wednesday at Booth Hospital. He was a member of Cincinnati Chapter No 1, Disabled American Veterans; American COuncil No 3, Daughters of America; the Modern Woodsmen of America, and the Newport Aerie of Eagles.
He was an employee of the Andrews Steel Co. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Myrtle Broadwell Fausz; a daughter, Miss Louise Fausz, and two sisters, Mrs. Sophia Owens and Mrs. Henrietta Shay.
The Daughters of America will meet at the funeral home for services at 7:30 pm Friday. Services will be held at the cemetery by the Disabled American Veterans.
