THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Samuel Baker, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to William T and Isaac Moore, minors.
NOW, we Samuel Baker as principal, and R T Baker, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Samuel Baker, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.

WHEREAS, Phebs Perry, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to William Thomas and Isaac Moore, minors.
NOW, we Phebs Perry as principal, and Elizabeth Moore, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Phebs Perry, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
