Newport GAR ranks will be thinner by one Saturday in the march to Evergreen Cemetery, for Hugh Keenan, 73, of 22 E 13th st. Newport, will be missing. Keenan answered the summons and joined his departed comrades at his home Friday, where he lived alone.
His body was found by a neighbor who had been taking care of him. Death was due to heart trouble, Dr. W A Krieger, his physician said.
