Hubbard Berry

Alexandria Court Order Book 2, Page 244, 26 November 1821

On motion of Agnes B Berry who made oath and together with John McKinney and John N Taliaferro her securities, entered into and acknowledged their bond in the penal sum of $2000 conditional as the law directs letters of administration is granted her on the estate of Hubbard Berry deed in due form.

Order that John B Lindsey, Charles Thornton, Francis T Helm and Thornton Timberlake or any three of them being first Sworn do appraise the slaves, if any, and personal estate of said deed and make report to court.
