Requiem High Mass for Herman J Eten, 40, of 320 Grandview avenue, Bellevue, will be sung at St Anthony Church, Bellevue, at 9 am Wednesday. Burial will be in St Stephen Cemetery. Mr. Eten, a veteran of World War II, died early Sunday at his home after a long illness. He was a linotype operator at the Enquirer for 13 years and formerly was a member of Cincinnati Typographical Union baseball team.
He leaves his widow, Mrs. Marie Eten; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Eten Sr. Dayton; two brothers, Lawrence Sten, a government employee in Washington, and George Jr. Cold Spring; and four sisters, Mrs. Rita Wagner and Mrs. Cecilia Schaffield, both of Dayton; Mrs. Ann Grever, Newport and Mrs. Mary Davidson, Springfield O. The John J Radel funeral home Newport, is in charge of the arrangements.
