as a second lieutenant in the Signal Corps stationed at Ft Monmouth NJ. Mr.
Woestman was graduated in the class of 1940 of St Xavier University.

Woestman, 23, of 65 Crescent avenue, Ft Thomas, has been promoted to the rank of
First Lieutenant according to an announcement Monday by officers in the Allied
Force Headquarters in the Mediterranean theater. Lt. Woestman, serving with the
Signal Corps in North Africa, has been overseas a year and a half. He attended
Covington Latin School and graduated from Xavier Cincinnati in 1940.
