James Boles against
Henry Boles-on petition. Court order land to be sold at the Court House door
in the town of Alexandria. On the 28 March 1855 Commissioners appointed
by the court sold the land. Deed made between Charles Daniel, Master
Commissioner for James Boles, Catherine Acklin, Nancy Maxwell, Elizabeth
Foster, the heirs of Patsey Carty, John Boles, Fulton Boles, William Boles,
Henry Boles and Levany Boles, heirs of
Henry Boles, deceased of the first
part, and James Shaw and Jeremiah White of the county of Campbell of the
second part. Party of the first part in consideration of $750 sells 158
1/2 acres of land on waters of Brush Creek in the county of Campbell.
