Funeral of Harvey Liggett, 89, of 619 Saratoga st. Newport, Civil War veteran, was held Monday with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. He died Saturday. Recently he and his wife had celebrated their 62d wedding anniversary.
Both were born in Georgetown O. Besides his wife he is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ola Weaver and Mrs. Anna Austin and son, William Liggett, all of Newport, and a son Peter Liggett of Bethel O.
