An automobile drive by Luke Clark, Ft Thomas, collided with an auto driven by Dr. Harry Butler, Newport dentist at 10th and Park av. Newport late Monday night. Mrs. Bulter was thrown from the seat of the car and sustained an injured arm. A charge of reckless driving was placed against Clerk.

Judge Matt Moore in Newport dismissed a charge of assault and battery against Edward Henkel. Henkel ws charged in a warrant sworn to by Dr. Harry P Butler, Newport dentist with attacking and beating him at Sixth and York streets, Newport, last Wednesday. Dr. Butler testified he drove over the intersection when Henkel jumped on his machine and using abusive language, told him to back up.
He said Henkel began raining blows on him and when he jumped from the machine followed him and leaped upon his neck, stricking him in the face. Henkel testified Dr. Butler drove over a newly paved section of the street and he jumped on Dr. Butler's back because he believed the dentist was reaching into the back seat for a gun.
