Harry Baxter, an alleged deserter from Troop K, Eleventh Cavalry, apprehended near Madison Ind. and Arthur Dial, who surrendered himself at the post as a deserter from Troop C, Twelfth Cavalry, will be tried by the general court martial in session here.
