LOCAL INTELLIGENCE
The Memphis Appeal, of the 15th inst. says; "Mr. Hardin Walker,
of Newport Ky. died on the steamer Wing and Wing, on Monday evening last. His
remains were left at the lower wharf boat, to be taken to Newport for interment.
