The Gorman Coal and Supply Co. contemplates building a coal tipple and yards near Grandview av. Bellevue, was made defendant in a suit filed Friday in Campbell Circuit Court by Graham L True and other residents of the street. The plaintiffs sady they have expended large sums of money in the erection of homes on the fashinable street and that erection of a tipple and other buildings by the defendants would ruin their property.
