Requiem High Mass for George Edward Yeager, Sr., 50, of 720 Central avenue, Newport, will be sung at 10 a.m. Monday at the Immaculate Conception Church, Newport, following prayers at 9:30 a.m. at the Radel funeral home, Newport. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery.

Mr. Yeager, a furnace employee for the Rybold Heating Co., died Thursday at his home.

He leaves his widow, Mrs. Margaret Meyer Yeager; seven sons, George, Vincent, Kenneth, Ronald, Clifford, Dennis, all at home; and Pfc. Richard Yeager, stationed with the U.S. Marines at Port Chicago, Cal.; three daughters, Catherine, Gayola and Dolores Yaeger; four brothers, Bernard, Troy, N.Y.; Charles and Edward, Cincinnati; and John Yeager, San Antonio, Tex.;  six sisters, Mrs. Stella Walker, Phoenix, Ariz.; Mrs. Dorothy Riley, Mrs. Louise Guess, Mrs. Thelma Obermeyer and Mrs. Ruth DeCamp, all of Cincinnati; and Mrs. Helen Flint, Dayton, O., and a grandson, Mark Yeager, Newport.

He was a member of the Holy Name Society of Immaculate Conception church, the Republican club and the Sixth Ward Boosters.
