PIONEER RESIDENT DEAD
Geo. W. Styles, a pioneer resident of Newport, died late Saturday night at his residence, 1137 Isabella St. He was a charter member of Eureka Lodge No. 7. K. of P, and has served as Master of Finance for about 22 years.
He leaves a widow and five children – George, Fred, Arthur, Mrs. Charles E. Stebbins and Mrs. E. E. Lawson. Funeral services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery Chapel at 2:30 o’clock Wednesday afternoon.
Eureka Lodge No. 7. K. of P., will hold a special meeting tonight to take action upon his death.

NEWPORT DEATH
George W Styles, an old and respected citizen of this city, died at his late residence, 1127 Isabella street, Saturday night at 11:45. He was a charter member of Eureka Lodge No 7, K of P, and has served at Master of Finance for about 22 years.
He leaves a wife and six children, George, Fred, Arthur, Mrs. Charles E Stebbins and Mrs. C C Lawson. Funeral services will be held at Evergreen Cemetery Chapel at 2:30 pm Wednesday afternoon. Eureka Lodge No 7, K of P will hold a special meeting tonight to take action upon Mr. Styles' death.

FUNERAL OF G W STYLES
The funeral of Geo. W. Styles took place yesterday, service
being held at the chapel in Evergreen Cemetery. The pallbearers were Robert
Grizzel, Joseph Jenkins, Fred Larope and Al Schreck. There were also honorary
pallbearers from the Knights of Pythias and Knights of Honor. The remains were
temporarily placed in the vault.
