George Sohnlein, a saloon keeper at Sixth and Isabella st. arrested in connection with the Wagner case and charged with allegedly receiving stolen goods, was in Court this morning and asked for a continuance until Friday, which was granted by Police Judge Buten. Attorney Lawrence Diskin stated he had only been retained by Sohnlein a short time and asked for the continuance in order to consult with his client. Wagner, so he told the police, claims he sold the geese to Sohnlein for $1.50.
