THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, James Acklin, has been appointed by the County Court of Campbell County, and has qualified as Guardian to George Anna Sheets, a minor.
NOW, we James Acklin as principal, and Benj Beall, his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said James Acklin, will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
