Services for George W Potts retired second lieutenant, 10th Infantry, Ft Thomas, will be held at 3 pm Tuesday at the John Radel funeral home, Newport. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Lieut. Potts, who retired 10 years ago, died yesterday. He was 67 and was a member of the Masonic order, Ft Thomas and the Sojourners, a group whose member comprised soldiers. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Alma Potts; two sons, George Potts Jr. Honolulu, and Edward Potts, Ft Thomas; a daughter, Mrs. Adess Albright, Ft Thomas and two grandchildren.
Rev Roy H Kleiser, Ft Thomas, will officiate at the services, which will be conducted by the Sojourners.

Memorial services will be held by the Ft Thomas Masons in honor of eight members who died in the last year. They were William E Beckner, George W Huber, Louis Mueller, Harry B Hupp Sr. Louis C George, George W Potts, Linton Robinson and H G Moteran.
