James McGinnis, brother of Alderman George A McGinnis of Newport,
a teacher in the Owensboro public schools, who formerly was principal in the
Fourth Street school, Newport, filed a petition in bankruptcy in Owensboro
Wednesday. Prof. McGinnis assets were about $3000; liabilities about $400.
