George Bogart, a driver of one of the garbage wagons, while driving along Harris street, Newport Saturday, fell from his seat to the ground in front of hte vehicle and its wheels passed over him, breaking one of his arms in two places and crushing in tow of his ribs.

He was conveyed to his home on Patterson street, where Dr. R A Dawson attended him.
