Funeral arrangements are being completed by the John J Radel funeral home, Newport, for George Abbott, former resident of Kentucky, who died Thursday in Roanoke Va. Mr. Abott, who was a Spanish American War veteran was 76.
He leaves four daughters, Mrs. Elmer Trumbo and Mrs. James Washington, both of Dayton; Mrs. L J Swindier, Detroit and Mrs. C L Christy, Los Angeles; a son George Abbott, San Francisco; a stepson, William Deganhart, Columbus O. and 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
