Services for Fred B Moore, 59, lifelong resident of Campbell county and well known painting contractor will be held at the William C Betz Sons funeral home, Newport at 2 pm. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Mr. Moore died Monday at his home, 719 Dayton street, Newport, following a long illness. He was active in politics as a member of the Democratic party and served as a precint committeeman.
A veteran of World War I, he served with the field artillery during that conflect. He was a member of the Painters Local No 231 and the Sportsmans Social Club, Newport. He leaves his widow, Maude M Moore; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Relly, Newport; a son PFC William F Moore, stationed in France with the army of occupation and a grandchild.
