LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRED LEISTNER DECEASED.
Know all Men by these presents that I Fred Leistner of Campbell County
Kentucky being in sound mind and disposing memory and realizing the uncertainty of Human Life do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and testament.
No. 1. I give bequeath and devise to my son Conrad Leistner the sum of five dollars. This bequest is made to him because I have paid for him in my life time the sum of One Thousand Dollars as security debt.
No. 2. I give and bequeath the balance and residue of my estate to my beloved Kunnigunda Schmidt to have and to hold the same absolutely.
No. 3. All my household except my bed is to belong to grand-son Fred Leistner, my bed is to be the property of my daughter Kunigunda Schmidt
4th. I also nominate John Schmidt as executor of my Will without Bond.
I also dispense with Inventory, appraisement and settlement.
Given under my hand this 24th day of January 1896.
