PFC. Frederick A Wachsman, 23, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Wachsman,
of 919 Hamlet street, Newport, was killed in action April 21 in the battle of
Okinawa, the War Department informed his mother.
Pfc. Wachsman entered the service four years ago and had been overseas three years.
