Warrant Officer Frank Frank, composer and director, has been named director of the Tenth Infantry Band, Ft Thomas, to succeed Kurt Freier, according to an announcement made today.
Frank, a native of Banat, Rumania, is 50. He has lived in ths country for about 32 years and has held 30 years of service with the army. He has been connected with the field artillery, coast artillery, infantry and bands. He received a special cititation for gallantry for his service in the World War.
After serving a number of years as band director at Ft Kamchmeha, Honolulu, he was transferred to the Ft Thomas post.
