F W ULM WAS NOT TRIED-The report that F W Ulm Jr. was arrested for not having a pharmacist license was somewhat in error, as Ulm had a license from the State Board for both stores, Third and Saratoga and Second and Monmouth sts. Newport. Mrs. Keener, however, did not and Ulm secured a registered clerk for the Second st. drug stone. He was at Squire Hutchinson's court Saturday, but there was no trial, as the matter was fixed up by getting the clerk. Ulm feels that the warrant gave out the effect that he was not licensed when he has always been.
