Ernest H Buecker, 27 W Sixth street, Newport is a veteran of World War II, is the new commander of James Wallace Costigan Post, American Legion, Newport.
Among others elected are Donald Adams, first vice commander; Frank Pagliaminto, second vice commander; Robert Mains, third vice commander; George J Meiners, adjutant; John C Mueller, finance officer and John Nesto, sergeant at arms. Also elected to the executive board were Jack Davis, Paul Schmitz, William Booker Jr. and Fred Highhouse.
