After he had allegedly disposed of all his clothes that had been issued to him by the Government for use in the service, Private Frank Luken, Company A, failed to get away quick enough and was apprehended for desertion at Park Roberts resort on Ft Thomas Avenue, by the patrol.
He will now be tried by general court marital.
